March thesis defence

During this session we had many students defending their thesis: 2 bachelor and 4 master.

Everybody did a really good job, congratulations to all of you!

Alessia Melotti presented her master thesis entitled:

"Dynamic behavior characterization of a light railway vehicle through experimental data classification and analysis"

Her work has been done in collaboration with RINA services and it has been supervised by Paolo Silvestri, Rosario Distefano, Maurizio Vienghello and Andrea Critelli.

Bruno Priolo presented his master thesis entitled:

"Static and modal study of automotive springs: CAD, CAE and functional modeling for classic and side-load types"

His work has been done in collaboration with CRF and it has been supervised by Paolo Silvestri, Nicola Poerio and Giovanna Naselli.

Michela Simonetti presented her bachelor thesis entitled:

"Test bench investigation on the vibrational behavior of a micro turbine for the localized production of energy"

Her work has been done in collaboration with IIT (Italian Instuitute od Tehcnology) and it has been supervised by Paolo Silvestri and Emanuele Guglielmino.

Luigi Manghisoni presented his bachelor thesis entitled:

"Experimental assessment of a vacuum gripper that adapts to the surface to grasp"

His work has been done in collaboration with CRF and it has been supervised by Matteo Zoppi and Giorgio Pietronave.

Samy El Fermaoui presented his master thesis entitled:

"Integration of the prototype of an electric van and definition of the technical requirements for a small batch production"

His work has been carried out within the FURBOT framework project and it has been supervised by Matteo Zoppi, Egon Carusi and Aiko Dinale.

Silvia Terrile presented her master thesis entitled:

"Design and simulation of a 2D one-legged hopping robot"
